This week, the Supreme Executive Committee brings its missionary endeavours for the cause of Lent Madness to the shores of Merry Olde England. Watch Scott deftly dodge double-decker buses, whilst Tim works wonders under the withering gaze of oil paintings. Hear about the opening day of Celebrity Blogger Week. And learn why Westminster Abbey will be known to the ages for Lent Madness, not just as the wedding chapel for the royal family. Given more time, the SEC contemplates adding a good deal more purple to London.
Make sure you get your Saintly Scorecards and giant bracket posters before they're out of stock. Supplies are limited for both items! You're going to want them, because both the scorecards and bracket posters are printed in full colour.
Above all, make sure you visit www.lentmadness.org (don't forget two dots) EVERY DAY now to learn about our fabulous team of Celebrity Bloggers.

A number of sc0re cards are posted in our gathering room. They have been positively received. I anticipate that it a will appear as Annual Meeting draws nigh, Victor of Sturbridge and I have been encouragihg this for 3 years.Rah rah!!
Noticed the British spelling of "colour"--well done, chaps.
Verderey........any connection with Williams College?
I must report that FACEBOOK has some instances of people getting somewhat out of hand as one person is going to dye her cat purple. I decided to let her be and not tell her that trying to dye the cat will be somewhat like trying to herd cats...but, as I often say: "To each his own Dulcinea."...or "her" as the case may be.
Great that 50% of the SEC has hit London - looking forward to the purple buses! I think you should send the Queen a Saintly Scorecard for her 90th birthday later this year - she'll be getting lots of odd presents, but that would be a good one. And she is Supreme Governor of the Church of England (of which I am a member), still more or less in communion with the rest of the Anglicans.
Happy Lent, and ecumenical greetings!
